Enrollment

Students must be enrolled full-time–at least 12 semester hours–during each Advent and Easter semester. Degree-seeking students must never drop below a full-time schedule in order to remain in good standing, even if they need less than 12 semester hours to complete graduation requirements. 

Ideally, students will enroll in 16 semester hours each semester, which will keep them on track to reach the required 128 semester hours for graduation in four years. 

Seniors who complete their requirements for graduation in the summer term or Advent semester preceding commencement, and who wish to take their comprehensive examinations in the Easter semester, will be allowed to enroll in the comprehensive exam only, which will incur no tuition fee.

To remain in good academic standing, first-year students must complete a minimum of 24 total semester hours in their first two semesters of enrollment and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 1.85. 

For each subsequent two semesters of full-time enrollment, students must complete a minimum of 28 semester hours and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.00, with the exception of seniors in their final year, who may complete a minimum of 24 hours, if this completes all of their requirements for graduation.
